I’m doing the traditional short-lived New Year’s health kick, so I thought I’d follow suit and add my own superfoods recipes into the mix.

I haven’t actually shared a chia seed recipe before, but if you Google “chia seed pudding,” you’ll come up with a thousand recipes, all of which sound simple if you have chia seeds, which you can buy at health food stores or over the web.
