I just came over from Jane's where I thoroughly enjoyed your Red Chile Kabobs! It's always exciting to see non-New Mexicans celebrating our chile and making traditional sauces. In case you're interested, I did a series on New Mexico Red or Green last fall on my website. There are some more New Mexican recipes that you can use your red chile sauce with and that I think you might enjoy. Your sauce looks perfect!
